Congratulations to Andree and the Buckeyes for the big win up North! Outside of Troy Smith, one of the best stories of the Ohio State v Michigan game was the story of 5th year senior Andree Tyree, a 2001 London Graduate. The guard spent most of the first half at tight end blocking 6'6, 311 pound defensive tackle Alan Branch. Why Tyree? The Tuesday before the game, offensive coordinator Jim Bollman and tight ends Coach John Peterson recommended Tyree to Head Coach Jim Tressel as someone who could help. "It seems like the OSU/ Michigan game, every inch you giet is important, "Tressel said, "and I though Andree and gave us a few more inches.

2006 - Senior Baseball Player earns National Merit Scholarship Semi-Finalis Bid
Congratulations to Donnie Clark, Senior Baseball player, for earning status as a National Merit Scholarship Semi-Finalist... Students were named semifinalists based on their performance as juniors on the preliminary SAT/ National Merit Scholarship qualifying test. To be named a finalist, a student also must show an outstanding academic record in HS, be recommended by the principal, write an essay, and perform well on the SAT test. Of the 110 Central Ohio Students who are among 16,000 National Merit Semifinalists, about 90% are expected to be named finalist for scholarships to be awarded next spring.

Fall 2006 - SCOL Champion Justine Baker Qualifies for Regional Event
